Return issue
I’m a somewhat new seller on eBay, I sold a brand new in sealed box rifle scope. The buyer requested a full refund/return saying product is defective. How do I know he didn’t open box and is returning another defective scope he had? Now I have a product that’s no longer considered new unopened. How do people deal with returns/issues like this.
