Return issue
Hello! I really need help here... I sent my first package. I didn't print out anything from ebay. I paid the 7.00 myself. Whatever. So the buyer gets the box and it's smashed!! So she wants a return in which she got- fully! I got- no money for my product or my mailing it. Why? And ebay has been holding my money anyway. Please help

You won’t be getting any money if you approved a refund. It was all returned to the buyer.
What money do you believe you’re entitled to?
