Mentor2 years agoDownload and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.

Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase before using the link in an email.
If you purchased as a guest, first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link.
If you have been refunded already, the return label may no longer be valid.
