Return issue
I ordered an ATV part that per the description of the item fits my exact unit. Upon arrival and installation it does not fit. My bike is 100% factory OEM parts. So this is the sellers issue imo. They accepted a return, but it wants me to cover $50 shipping. I didn’t make a mistake, they did. How do I get a pre-paid shipping label?

Mentor3 years agoYou open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Then seller pays for the return if he wants the item back and/or refunds.
Sounds like you opened a return for "doesn't fit", which means you ordered the wrong part. You will have to try contacting ebay to fix your mistake, otherwise you are paying for the return.
