return is not received . it is delivered to wrong address.
A buyer wanted to return 3 dinnerware sets because it seems she bought it my mistake. Ebay provided her the return label. A USPS tracking number was provided by ebay . Ebay says it is delivered to my address. But it has a wrong zip code and is delivered to someone else . I do not know who got it . I contacted ebay customer service and talked to them about this. But no help came even after many phone calls . It is still showing your dinnerware is delivered and issue the refund. Today is the last date to issue the refund. How can i issue the refund when i did not receive my item. What do you think I should do?
Please give advise. ebay customer service does not have email address too . Today the customer service is not even calling me back when i contacted them by chat.
