Return is for Pakistan

Question

I ordered from eBay that was delivered from my local Wal Mart but the seller is making me send the return for a to Pakistan at my cost. How is this allowed? I am very particular with my searches and only purchase from the US for this one reason. On top of this I continued to get Walmart delivery notices and was reporting them them as JUNK because I didn't know the item would becoming from Walmart. I took extra septs to protect that acct thinking it was being hacked.

I wrote to the seller and have not heard back - shipping is more then the item. If I cant get this resolved I am done with eBay for good. I cant even find a phone number to call for help.

If the item was shipped to you from the US, they can't make you ship it to another country. Whats the reason for the return?
