Return international shipping fees?
Let me start off by saying I don't ship internationally. Sold an item for 50$ shipped in usa. Customer wants to return....fine, ship it back, I'll give you a refund. Got it. Refunded plus return shipping label. Two weeks later I get a 20$ invoice from ups. Apparently this guy shipped the return from the UAE. Any clue how to handle this?

Does it say that it is for the actual shipping? UPS charges a brokerage fee for bring an item through customs - that cost is the responsibility of the receiver.
