I need some help to return the item the one I purchased it it was wrong and I requested to the seller send me the label to return but he send me label to I pay $216 to return my item to the seller but I don't know why I pay can you find out for me why seller he request me to pay $216 to return his item it was wrong please help me for this matter

If the item was “not as described” or wrong item, the seller should provide a prepaid return label.

If the return was opened as “changed mind”, then return shipping can be charged to you, which is why you are seeing $216.

Check the return reason in your request.

If it was opened incorrectly, contact eBay and ask them to review and correct it.
