Return Help, Ebay says not Case Closed

Question

I put in a return request for 1/3 items originally as it arrived with clear defects. After putting in the request, I realized all 3 items did not work as expected. I let the seller know that ALL 3 would need to be returned. For case resolution, the seller only refunded 1/3 items as that was the original request. I have no way to re open the case or appeal the decision as ebay says the case cannot be reopened as it was ruled in my favor.

I have no use for these other 2 faulty items, and would much rather have my money back. At this point the only option I have is to do a chargeback if ebay won't fix this. I have tried numerous times via the website links and the chat agent but it does not help

I purchased all 3 in one order. Every time I try to get support via the webpage for this Ebay says I already have an item and there are no options to "reopen" the return.

If you purchased the other 2 faulty items separately, you may be able to file individual return requests on those items.
