Return help
Seller asked me to cancel the return and change my return reason and then resubmit the return, its chowing I closed the return, but is not giving me the option to start return. Please let me know what to do. I have reached out to the seller but have not heard back as of yet.

I’m sorry that the seller tricked you into closing the return. You cannot open another return on that item.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described.
