i started to accept a return request but the buyer said he didnt want to return the item so i cannot pull out the money cause the request was already started.

Mentor1 year agoWhen a buyer files a returns request, you have 2 options. If you accept the return, ebay will provide a prepaid shipping label link to the buyer. The other option is to refund the buyer, either with a partial refund (assuming the two of you have come to an agreement on the amount) or a full refund.
