Return has not been received
The return deadline on an item I sold is set to expire tomorrow. I sent the return shipping label when requested and the buyer states she sent it off. But according to USPS tracking, the item has not been received (they just show the label printed). However, I keep getting notifications from eBay saying Immediate Action is required because the item has been delivered back to me. But it hasn't! And it's easily verifiable thru tracking. I've contacted the buyer. She says she thinks she has the receipt from the post office and would look for it. I never heard back. I'm worried ebay is going to automatically issue her a refund when the deadline arrives tomorrow even tho I have not received the item back. The dashboard keeps saying I have an item requiring my immediate attention (wanting me to issue the refund). So what do I do? Thanks
