I am being notified to refund a buyer for a return that is marked as delivered. However it has not arrived

Mentor2 years agoDid the buyer file a Returns Request, you agreed, and the buyer printed the return shipping label? If tracking shows DELIVERED but you don't have the package, take the tracking number down to your local post office and have them check their GPS system to see exactly where the package was delivered. If misdelivered, they need to try and retrieve the package.
