RETURN HAS BEEN ASKED TO CONFIRM AUTHENTICITY

We need written confirmation from the manufacturer or law enforcement to confirm if the item is authentic or not.

i am the buyer. i have opened a case. this case is on hold. do i have to do this or does the seller have to provide this proof. it seems to me that the seller would have to do this. i no longer have this item it has already been returned to the seller.

any help is appreciated.

@sdpfeiffer3rd All you should have to do to receive your refund is to file a not as described return request. Do you file an official return case and use the eBay return label?
