Return gone wrong

Trying to return item yhat was not as advertised. Seller made return agreement. Now they wont honor there own return agreement. I only have 7 days left to return. Ebay isnt helping and no phone number to call ebay. Help

You will need to give us more information about what happened. If you opened an "Item not as described" case then the seller must either accept the return and provide a return label for the item or they can just refund you without the return. If the seller does not cooperate within three days you go back to the case and ask eBay to step in (ask us to step in). eBay will then force the refund and you keep the item.

If you just opened a return request the seller can deny the request. Then you would have to go to your payment source and ask for a charge back. Please be aware once you have gone to your payment source eBay can no longer help you and your payment sources decision is final.
