Return from US to China - First Ebay Purchase

I'm new to ebay and ordered a performance part off of ebay that came from China. I began the return process but the address that was provided doesn't populate with any major shipping company. I'm inclined to believe that it's a purposefully misleading address. The part is no where near what was expected and they stole pictures from another well known manufacturer. I purchased using PayPal and Ebay has a guaranteed return. I was able to generalize a shipping quote from Rochester NY to China for weight and size of package and it came back from $300 to $500 dollars. The part was only $275. Am I stuck with this piece? It's my first ebay purchase so I don't really know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the seller provided a shipping label that cannot be used in this country, on day 4, you should be able to go back to the returns request and click the link to Ask ebay to step in, to help you.
If the seller is from another country, s/he will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.

OP2 weeks agoThis is what's currently provided. Says I have to purchase a label. Will that change? There's no other options to click anything else.
