Return From Customer But Nothing Wrong With Item

Question

I just had a Wii game return and the customer said it did not work. I tested it before I listed it and just tested it again after receiving it back and it works fine. I don't accept returns but am will to take it back but would like the "Item Not As Described" rating to be changed. How do I go about doing that?

As long as you accepted the return and made a full refund to the buyer without eBay having to force a refund the case does not affect you unless you start getting a lot of these cases made against you.
