return from customer
How to resolve this return
Buyer ordered item large heavy item almost $30 shipping received then requested a return this is where I need to know what to do
He picked that I sent wrong item for his reason but then he wrote he ordered another one and doesn't need two It wasn't the wrong item shipped or damaged and who pays for the shipping return It looks like eBay is saying me because he picked wrong item sent Also do I have to eat the $30 out of my pocket to ship item there I am loosing more money than what the item sold for I just don't see how this is right
