Return from a buyer
I have a buyer who would like to return shoes saying they are damaged in the photos. It clearly shows a piece of rubber on the bottom of a soul peeled back. I advertised the shoes as in good condition although I did not mention it in description, it is shown in a photo now it looks as if somebody has peeled that rubber all the way off and once a return

Flaws in an item need to be mentioned in words, as well as shown in photos. [What might seem to be ‘clearly shown’ to the person who is familiar with a pair of shoes isn’t that clear to someone looking only at a photo.]
If the buyer has filed a ‘not as described’ return request … then I recommend you provide either a prepaid return shipping label OR a full refund. eBay will side with the buyer.
