Return from a buyer
buyer is sending back goods
we are away for two weeks during the holiday and want to review goods before we give back their money
can we wait to give back their money for two weeks?

Mentor2 years agoWhen the return arrives, you have two days to refund. If the buyer asks eBay to step in, eBay will refund the buyer from your account, and you'll receive a defect on your seller metrics.
