Return for skid loader under the BUSINESS EQUIPMENT PURCHASE PROTECTION PROGRAM

I bought skid loader for $5400 all welds are rusting and cracking only had it a few days

Seller refused refund even though original add I purchased it from says returns excepted within 30 days the also listed it in the business equipment purchase protection program which eBay is hiding how to return?I can't find the take action part that I need for the return.

What should I do?

Since the welds are rusting cracking and bubbling on skid steer google says I should not use it because of chance of catastrophic failure

Hi Thank you I will find blue button and try to make return

The seller add says

30 day returns excepted

Seller pays return

Than they also put it in business equipment purchase

So they are making it difficult and wanting $2000 from me to return.

Got stuck filling out the BEPP RETURN

1) Form requests sellers email.

2) form request sellers last name.

HOW can I get past this i only have there first name.

And there email is not listed.

I tried only using first name that seemed to work.

But I don't have seller email so it highlighted the missing email in red and would not excepted form without there email.

I didn't know that it required the sellers email address. That seems very odd.

I am going to tag the eBay community staff as this is something that I need to know to be able to help other members. They will not be back in until tomorrow. In the meantime please share the item number or link to the listing.

Hey @comics-scifi-collectibles and @williahowar_30 the team that reviews these focuses almost exclusively on the item number, and the description that you enter.
The form still requires those fields to be filled out, but you can just use the seller's first again for the last name field, and enter in your own email address for the email field. (Just be sure to state this in your description, and you'll be good to go).

I talked to EBAY on phone call back I requested.

Ebay said they will not do a return because seller listed it in the business equipment purchase protection program.

If seller list you in this program it will not cover a return if the sellers bank is in another county. So this blocks any kind of of return try a return even if seller post 30 day return on the posting on ebay website where you made the purchase.

So I have no return option.

So anyone making a large purchase should be aware of this. Ebay system does not catch that their bank is on another country than yours.

I was able to file the claim under the business equipment purchase program.

Received email of DENILE because sellers bank is in China and my bank is in USA

Both banks must be in same country for coverage under business protection program.

This stops all possible returns if you try to do a regular return on ebay it will not allow you and says not eligible due to being in the business equipment purchase protection which I'm not eligible for with banks not being in same country.
