[return for refund] ebay fails to receive shipping information
Dear all,
Recently I have encountered a problem for the captioned. I purchased an item and it arrived. Due to some authenticity issue, I wish to return the item to the seller and he agreed.
I commenced the return process in ebay and ebay provided the shipping label with seller's address. I shipped back the item to the required address.
Here is the problem, when I enter and submit the shipping information, for which I have tried multiple times (e.g. the courier & shipping tracking number), ebay said "Something went wrong. it is not you, it is us. Go back and try again".
It is so frustrated that the shipping information cannot be submitted and ebay's live agent is not always available for me due to the time zone (I live in Hong Kong).
Does anyone encounter similar issue and what is you solution ?
