return for refund.

Question

I reported a buyer for returning something different than what I sent him. He wants a full refund. Now from what I can find out about the process E-Bay says that "Due to privacy policies, eBay does not reveal outcomes of investigations or related actions taken. But buyers are held accountable."

How will I know when or if the case gets resolved? Will the "hold" on my refund to him be lifted and not given to him if they find in my favor? I can't really find any more information on this. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ibad80 As eBay states, they do not reveal outcomes of investigations or related actions taken. So you won't know.
