Return for refund.

Question

I am trying to return an item I bought as a guest instead of using my eBay account. Everytime I try to return the item it takes me to purchases I did under my eBay account. I didn't realize I still had an account and choose to buy the item as guest check out. Every time I go to return it takes me to items I don't want to return. Please help. Thanks

To start a return for an item you purchased as a Guest:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.
