Return for refund
I was trying to return an item I won on an auction bid because it was not what I was bidding on. I put in for a refund with eBay and I have a shipping label but the seller sent me a screenshot on there end stating
“You can't refund the buyer for this order
You cannot issue a refund at this time because a return request is open for an item in this order.†What do I do? Do I go ahead and send it back with the label eBay provided or cancel request like selling is telling me to do they can refund me?? Thanks for any help

If you filed a Return Request you must use the label provided to return it in order to receive a refund. Do NOT close the request.
The seller must wait to receive the returned item before the refund can be issued.

OP2 years agoOk. Thank you so much. Just making sure the seller wasn’t trying you get one over on me. The seller has really poor communication. Thanks again
