Return for a refund

So I bought an item that is fake. I started a return for a refund on ebay. its been 5 days and the seller doesn't respond. I went through ebay website and could not find help or ask ebay to step in. Any idea. Thanks!

The seller has 3 full business days to respond - Sat & Sun do not count. On business day #4 go to your return and you should see 'ask us to step in'.
