Return for a different reason
Just wondering m.I canceled a return to change the reason for the return. How do I initiate a return for a different reason.

Ebay DOES disclose that in the Help pages (see below) and you would have seen that on the page when you were cancelling the return request.

OP2 years agoYou really have to dig for that! Should be on the return page itself. I don’t deal much with eBay, guess I will stop using them. But thank you for your help!

If you already filed a Return Request but cancelled it, you cannot initiate another return request even if it's for a different reason.
