I sold a bracelet by Judith Ripka and the buyer said my discription did not match. eBay put my funds on hold. Why s Ebay asking me for another form of payment when they have the funds

·3 years agoIf you don't have enough avaliable funds to cover the refund, you have to add a credit/debit card to cover it.
When the buyers payment is avaliable, the funds will be sent to your checking account.
