Return fee issue
Hi,
I am returning an item (not used) but seller is charging returning fee which I guess were not there earlier.
How can I resove this issue?

Mentor11 months agoSellers cannot charge a restocking fee. If the seller is a top rated seller, or has a 30 day return policy, or free returns, the seller can withhold up to 50% of the refund if the item is returned in a condition that devalues the item. Otherwise, a full refund is required.

·11 months agoDepending on the seller’s return policy and the reason for the return, they may be allowed to make you cover the cost of return shipping, and/or could withhold the original shipping cost from the refund. If the seller and the return qualify, and what you sent back was in some way not in its original condition, they might be eligible for seller protection that allows them to reduce the amount of the refund by up to 50%. If they are saying they are withholding a restocking fee or something similar, however, that is not permitted.
Can you tell us more about the item and the reason for return?
