    Hi @docksid-29 

     

    What we see here on a regular basis is that Buyers will inadvertently purchase as a Guest instead of being logged in to their account.  You are still entitled to eBay's MBG but cannot leave Feedback on Guest purchases nor can they be merged with your eBay account.

    Click on "Automated chat" on the left side of the screen. (Yes, really.)

    Add ‘agent' in the chat box that popped up.

    Answer questions if showing up.

    Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

    Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
