Return due to listing error
Hello, if I have a return from a week ago and never got a return label so bought one at USPS to get the return sent how do I request a refund? The seller provided a shipping label 5 days later after I sent it off already. When I go to my returns the shipping label is pending and I can’t get around it. The shoes being returned was a sizing error so n the sellers behalf. I shouldn’t have to pay shipping correct?. Thankyou!

You needed to wait for the label, or use the ‘ask us to step in’ option to have eBay force the seller to provide the label. eBay cannot force the seller to reimburse you for shipping you paid out of pocket.
You do need to get your tracking # added to your return so that eBay cannot force help with your refund if the seller is slow to send it. Go to your return - you should see the option to add tracking.
