Return due to insufficient address
We sent off an item a customer bought. Was returned back to us for insufficient address. Messaged the buyer twice to let them know and got no response. Do we refund them the entire amount, or minus shipping and taxes? Not sure how to proceed. Thanks in advance

Refund the item price (not including shipping). eBay collected the sales tax, so eBay will refund the sales tax on the amount you refunded.
