How to handle a ligit sale that a buyer demands a return?
Product that I sold is clearly described buy seller refuses to agree and wants a refund.

OP10 months agoEbay needs to review the description. There is noting misleading about it. Clearly, I show an example, the back of the cards shows pen marks. I have sold many lots with the same description and I have never been questioned about how the product was described.

Mentor10 months agoEbay's determination is based on what the buyer claims in the return request. They have no way of examining the actual item.

What I meant to say is that I sold a product that was correctly described and the buyer is stating the discription was misleading.

Mentor10 months agoIf the buyer filed a Return Request on Ebay with a valid reason covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to approve the return request.
