Return denied by seller
Hello Everyone, trying to return an item to the seller, the seller has denied my return and he is asking me to go through eBay guarantee method and I’m not sure how to go about this. Can someone help me how to contact eBay every time I try to contact it says your return has been denied and I can’t continue beyond that.

OP1 year agoThank you for your reply. I did try that but the eBay close the case since the seller denied the return. I just don’t know what the next steps are to ask eBay for help. I just can’t seem to find an option for it

If your Return Request was denied, there is nothing else yu can do.
What reason did you give for the return?

OP1 year agoI bought a kitchen knife from him. He seems to have an amazing reviews and overall satisfaction from all of his sell but I have the identical knife that he sold me and I paid good money for it too and this knife, he sold me doesn’t seem Authentic. There’s something off about the knife, from packaging to finish of the knife.

OP1 year agoI think, I screwed up there, I chose “didn’t like it†I was trying to be nice to seller didn’t want escalate it and give the seller to resolve since I had already raised my concerned about the knife and he still denied it

"Didn't like it" is not a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so the seller was able to deny your case.
