Return defective item.

Question

I purchased a pair of sandals with zippers that don't work. The buyer does not accept returns. After communicating with her and stating I want my money back, she told me to open a claim with eBay. The problem is I would have to make a video to demonstrate how the zippers are defective. I simply don't know how to do that. I need help revolving this issue and am getting nowhere with any assist from eBay. Can someone please guide me.

I am sorry that happened! You don't need to make a video. They do ask for a photo.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
