Return Deadline Date

Question

I have a return authorization to send an item back to the seller. And Ebay is giving me until March 27th. Normally this is not a problem in any way, but the return must go to Israel, then to Palestine. Because of the war going on in Iran, no one is sending packages to Israel at this time. USPS, FedEx, and UPS will not send anything to Israel until the war is over. Therefore I can't get a tracking number for the seller. I don't know when the war will be over and nobody else does either. So what do I do? Can the send back by date (Mar 27) be adjusted for a month longer, say Apr 27. If I miss the date, will I get my money back?

I don't know how to contact a real person at Ebay. I wish there was someone to call to help me with this issue.

My return issue has been resolved by Ebay. They issued the refund without me returning the fake coin. I'll never buy anything from a foreign country again. That you for your advice and concern.

The date given to you is when you must have shipped the item not when it must be received by the seller. However, because of the ongoing actions in that area your refund will probably be delayed since the seller does not have to give the refund until the item is returned.
