Return damaged item and seller has not provided a shipping label

Question

I received a damaged item from a seller and requested a refund. The seller states they have sent me a return shipping label, but they not not sent it and are asking me to pay for shipment back. Who can help me?

Did you open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged? If so seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
