Return customer, getting a strange shipping notice

Why do I get this notice when trying to purchase an item from a seller that I've already used:

"To complete your order, go to checkout and update your shipping address or ask the seller if they can ship to your location."

Please help - I need this part, and it's hard to find. Thank you.

This usually means that the seller did not complete the shipping section of the listing correctly. So eBay is not able to calculate the shipping charge so you can purchase the item. Have the seller check their listing for any problems.
