Return Credit
On March 21,2024 I received an email stating my return had been processed, and I would be receiving credit via gift card, processing in 3-5 days. I have not received any further emails or a gift card. The automated system was no help.... The site says I can request to contact an agent, but I am unable to get past the automated attendant.... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you were refunded to the gift card, then that amount will be available for you to use to pay for an Ebay purchase. You will see the amount on the checkout page.
