I purchased some necklaces. They were sold as gold and they are not gold. They are counterfeit and I’ve been asking the seller to give me return shipping because it’s fake. It’s not what was advertised so I should not have to pay the return shipping and I’ve been trying to get them to send me shipping and now that I hear I won’t get my refund on fake gold. It’s not real. I need customer service from eBay. I have spent $50,000 on eBay and I’m not gonna spend any money here anymore if you guys can’t protect me from Counterfeit

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns, not for items that are "not as described".
