Return Counterfeit Item

I'm hoping to return a counterfeit item about 1-2 weeks outside of my return window.

I purchased a "Rolex" watch bracelet from meisserandsons on eBay. Based on photos I believed it to be legit. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection by someone more experienced than me, the bracelet is a counterfeit.

I initiated a "item not as described" return request. The seller quickly turned it down. I assume they were able to because my return window passed.

How can I report this item as counterfeit and return it for a refund? I'm not getting very far.

If it has been more than 30 days since delivery, you can no longer request a return. Contact the funding source you used to pay for the watch.
