Return costs more than the item

Hello.

What should I do when the regular post service in Moldova refuses to send items with built-in accumulators and UPS's shipping rates are about 2-4 times more than the item's price? To get my money back I have to provide tracking details.

Well, a little chat with eBay support, and I have got my help. The seller was made to provide a proper label for return, he did not do it in time and thus I have got my money refunded automatically.

If you used a freight forwarder, you'll have to pay to get it back to the freight forwarder.

The seller will pay for the return shipping, from the freight forwarder.

You won't need tracking back to the freight forwarder.

Have you filed an INAD?

I presume I did not fill it, for I never heard about it. And google returns me "Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy". Sure not my case.

My freight forwarder told me that it will cost 120$ to use his services to get the item back to seller. Not worth it to use on an 85$ item's return.

That's one of the problems using a freight forwarder.
