Return complete but no refund
I have purchased a set of shocks for my Mercedes-Benz through a store here on eBay returned them using the label and have yet to receive a refund and eBay closed my return because they said that I did not upload the label which the label was the used for the return where the labels that were sent from the seller, which I did but the seller has had the parts back for two months and I have yet to receive a refund I can’t get a phone number to talk to anybody and every time I try to contact the seller he does not answer or if I try to call the eBay line it sends me to the automated assistant and I get no answers. No help. What should I do?
