Return Closed without Refund
I shipped a return back within the return window and eBay closed my return, saying I didn’t ship the item. The tracking info for the return shows it going back to the seller. I’ve contacted the seller but they are telling me to contact eBay. There is no option to dispute my order and the only options to contact eBay are through the automated chat and this forum. How do I contact eBay?
