Return closed without a refund
Ebay closed my return without issuing a refund even though the status was still pending. Tracking verified the item was received by the seller. The only thing I received was an email saying the return was closed and nothing more. I cannot reach Ebay by phone and cannot appeal because they closed the case. I tried chat and cannot find any other way to get this return opened back up. Any suggestions?
