Return closed despite item being returned.
Hi, my order was returned to sender on the day it was supposed to arrive due to being misaddressed. The item has been stuck with Canada Post for several weeks. The seller reached out to them and was given notice to wait. The return case was closed without a refund. What’s the process when an item gets stuck or lost in the mail?

Mentor2 years ago@jahud-2275 You should have filed a not received refund request when your item was late arriving, not a return for something you didn't have.
Your best option now is a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
