Return closed despite appeal
I asked for a return. Seller ignored me. I asked eBay for help and was told a refund would be requested. Nothing from seller. Then seller said I asked for a refund too late and refund request was closed. I talked to eBay again and was assured my refund would be processed. I was also told I would be called back with the resolution. Now that request was closed. No contact.
item ordered didn’t work. Nor did the second, third, fourth or fifth items that were sent to me. THEY were ALL returns from other buyers who returned them because they didn’t work!!
