Return closed by ebay so i cannot contact the team
A returns request was closed by ebay because I opened a dispute with PayPal.
PayPal needed the tracking number to give me a refund but seller keeps failing to collect and now my messages are not being answered.
PayPal have now closed the dispute.
How can I reopened the dispute with ebay.

·3 years agoSorry, once you go to Pay Pal, Ebay will no longer be any help.
No, you can't reopen the case on Ebay.
If you paid using a credit card, that's your only option now.
