Return closed after item was returned
Hello,
I recently had to return an item. It was received by FedEx on the last day of the return window, and a few days later I received confirmation that the item had been delivered back to the seller (including a picture of the item having been delivered). About 12 hours later I received a message from ebay saying the return had been closed. The seller has confirmed they received the item back, but told me that since ebay closed the return I need to contact them for a refund. I can't find anywhere to do this. The only sections of the help center that are relevant just lead to the same page saying I can't appeal the decision to close the return, but it was returned in time, so I don't know what to do here. Any and all help is appreciated.
