return closed
I would like to return an item and the seller will not provide me with a return address. Now it states "return closed" what does that mean?

Mentor1 year agoWhen you file a Returns Request, the seller has 3 days to accept the return or refund in full without returning the item. If the seller does neither, on day 4, you need to go back and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. If you do not do that, ebay allows a few more days, and then closes the return. That's it. It's over. If you paid with Paypal, you can file a returns request with them, but you will pay return shipping. You have up to 180 days to do so. As a last resort, file a chargeback with your credit card company if that is how you paid.
